We hired a live sushi chef from Yatai sushi. He was great! Koichi arrived early and set up quick. He cut and prepared everything at the house and he was personable and nice to the guests, etc. Sushi was great tasting and I have no complaints. I would definitely use him and Yatai sushi again for my next event!
